Cancellation Policy: In the event of bad (unsafe) weather or mechanical problems and the trip is not able to be rescheduled the full amount of the deposit will be refunded. We are very flexible with switching days to help accommodate foul weather. The Captain makes all decisions regarding safety.
If you choose to cancel your trip within 10 days of your scheduled day you will forfeit your deposit. Once the boat leaves the dock there are no refunds unless we have mechanical issues.
Tips: Tips are always appreciated and welcomed. As will any service if you feel the Captain and mate have gone the extra mile for you there is no better way to show your gratitude than with a tip. Amounts are on 15-20% depending on your level of satisfaction.
GPS Devices: No gps enabled devices are allowed on our charters. We have worked hard to learn where to go and we make our living doing this.
